Bagaara Rice

Ingredients:
Basmati Rice  2 cups
Cardamom (Yalakulu/vilaichi) - 2 No.
Cloves (Lavangaalu) - 4 No.
Cinamon (Dalchini) - 1 inch piece
Shahijeera  - 1 Table Spoon
Bay leave (Biryani Aaku) - 1
Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Tea Spoon
Green Chillies - 3
Onions : 2
Mint Leaves (Punida) : 15 to 20 
Oil and Salt as required


Method:
Pick and clean the Rice... Wash and Soak the Rice for 1 hr.... Heat oil in a pan add whole Garam Masala (Cardamom, Cloves, Cinamon, Shahijeera and Bay leaves) fry them a little and add onions and fry them until light brown colour .... Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Long Slit Green Chillies, mint leaves and fry a little..... Add  four cups of hot water (4 cups of water for 2 cups rice) let it boil... Add rice, salt and cook until done....  Serve hot with Vegetable Kurma or any other gravy of your choice.... It goes well with Raita too...
